From the classic paellas to exquisite seafood dishes, Valencia offers a wide range of flavours that delight even the most discerning palates.
One of the must-visit destinations is El Palmar, located in the heart of the Valencian Albufera, where you can enjoy the best Valencian paella during the Fallas. Local restaurants offer an unparalleled gastronomic experience, where each dish is infused with the unique flavour of the region. Just like our restaurant, situated in a farmhouse nestled in the rice fields, where besides savouring the most traditional food, you can also take a boat ride through the Albufera departing directly from the restaurant.
